Alex, Powered by Invest Hamilton County, is a decision-support tool from Invest Hamilton County. Wage figures are ranges from public federal data. They are values, never guarantees. Employers set pay; programs determine eligibility; the IRS and Indiana DOR determine tax treatment. Estimates are not determinations.

Fair use

Accounts are for your own person or organization. Aggregate market data may be cited with attribution ("Source: Alex, Powered by Invest Hamilton County. Invest Hamilton County"). Don't resell access or scrape the service.

Subscriptions

Individual plans (Alex Plus) are month to month. Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.

Organizational plans (employer Member, Industry, and Bespoke; nonprofit Mission Member and Impact Partner) are 12-month engagements. You choose how to pay, monthly or annually; monthly billing is a payment schedule within the annual engagement, not a month-to-month subscription. Engagements renew annually unless either party gives 30 days' notice before the renewal date. If an organization needs to exit early, write to us; we resolve it like neighbors, but the engagement term is the agreement.

Coach add-ons for organizational plans bill monthly and may be added or dropped at any time, independent of the base engagement. Coach add-on pricing is reviewed quarterly against model and token costs with 30 days' notice of any change.

Founding pricing may change with notice as the ratified rate card lands; changes never apply mid-engagement to a signed term.
